Turn around time right now is at about 3 weeks.
You can place an order through the website, e-mail, or by phone. The preferred method is through the website then through e-mail, and then by phone. The reasoning behind this preferred method is that it allows me to look at the orders when I am not busy and lets me focus on the work that I am doing without interruption. If you don't like using a computer to communicate then I would be more than happy to talk with you over the phone.
CREDIT CARD ORDERS:
If you want to use a credit card, I can take VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover. I will not charge the card until I ship your order.
Information needed for credit card orders is the name on the card as it appears. The address that the credit card bill goes to. The card number, expiration date and the security code on the back of the card. I also need the shipping address that the item will be shipped to.
I ship using USPS Priority Mail. If you have to have it shipped another way, please let me know and I will try and accommodate you.
RETURNS / REPAIRS:
If an item needs to be repaired or refinished, I will accept that item and repair or refinish it. You will have to talk with Tueller Holsters to make sure that the item gets approved for refinish or repair. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.
No return will be accepted for a refund unless one has specifically spoken with Tueller Holsters and received an RMA #. Any return must be in like new condition. Claims must be made within five days of receiving the product. There will be a 20% restocking fee on approved returns. Returns will not be accepted for items that are discontinued, used or custom made outside of the original design.
Tueller Holsters cautions against the use of its products by persons untrained or inexperienced in the use of firearms. Carelessness or negligence of the user of any firearm with or without these products can be dangerous and result in death or serious injury. All products are inspected prior to shipment; the user or buyer should inspect all products before they are used. If any leather product becomes worn, loose, defective, or does not fit right, stop using the product immediately. Tueller Holsters does not recommend the use of custom, worn-out, or broken guns and guns that are cheaply made in quality. We caution against using any accessories that would interfere with a proper and safe fit of a gun in the holster, such as accessories like oversized hammers, triggers, trigger shoes, oversized grips, as well as grip adapters. Any modification of a handgun can cause an improper fit and one may have an accidental handgun discharge. Do not alter or modify leather products in any way.
